The Florida Historical Society will publish my Walkin' Lawton manuscript. I just got the great news this morning!
More news as crucial details emerge like the publication timetable.
The Daytona Beach News-Journal has my new editorial on the Chiles legacy. The article focuses on what we can learn from the Chiles administration's response to Hurricane Andrew.
The Florida Times-Union editorial will appear later in the week. It was bumped. Stay tuned.
Yesterday, I published an article that compares the political lives of current California Governor Jerry Brown and former Florida Governor Lawton Chiles.
The column appears in the online magazine Journal of Foreign Relations.
The link code is not working with this blog for some reason, but the title of the article is "California's Elder Statesman" and its easily found under my John Dos Passos Coggin column.
Thanks.
