Chiles and His Florida: Lake Hollingsworth

Lake Hollingsworth is one of many lakes in and around Lakeland, Florida. Chiles grew up fishing, swimming, canoeing these lakes. While he grew up on Lake Morton, Lake Hollingsworth is a short walk away. Lawton and Rhea raised their children near Hollingsworth.

Thankfully, even today, Lakeland is not all golden arches and all-you-can-eat Sizzlers. Especially if you're around to catch the sunset on Lake Hollingsworth.
